Terms of service

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These terms govern your use of PryVPN (“the service”), operated by PryVPN.com. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

PryVPN provides an encrypted WireGuard tunnel between your device and an exit node we operate. It changes which network sees your traffic. It is not anonymity software, it does not make you untraceable at the application layer, and it cannot protect you from what you type into a website.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for every session created under your account. Passwords are stored as hashes and cannot be recovered; a reset issues a new temporary password by email. Accounts are personal — do not resell access or share profiles beyond your plan's device allowance.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to do anything unlawful under the law that applies to you or under the law of the country the exit node sits in. Specifically prohibited:

Lawful private use — including everything you would rather not explain to your access provider — is exactly what the service is for, and needs no justification to us.

4. Enforcement

We cannot see your traffic, so enforcement is based on abuse reports, node-level operational signals such as connection floods, and legal notices. Where a violation is established we may suspend or delete the account. We will not fabricate a traffic record we do not keep in order to satisfy a request.

5. Beta, price and availability

The network is in open beta. Listed prices are €2.99 (PryVPN), €4.99 (Plus) and €14.99 (Pro) per month. During the beta PryVPN and Plus are billed at €0. Pro is out of stock and cannot be selected. Nothing renews automatically. The service is provided on a best-effort basis: nodes may be added, moved or withdrawn, sessions expire after 24 hours and are re-keyed, and no uptime guarantee is offered during the beta.

6. Device limits

Each plan carries a number of simultaneous devices: one on PryVPN, three on Plus, and six on Pro. Creating a session beyond your allowance is refused until you revoke a device in the console.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months — which, during the beta, is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the console, which erases it immediately. We may terminate an account for a material breach of section 3, or if we cease to operate the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
